How to make an order
Orders can be made in over the Internet on zanoinspire.com and by phone – phone numbers indicated on the website.

We deliver to Bulgaria, Romania and other European union members.
The customer selects the items to be ordered on the accessed website. The desired items are added to the order list by clicking on the symbol with the ‘add to cart’. The order quantity can be changed by selecting the desired number in the “drop-down menu”. The shopping basket can be found in the upper right-hand corner of the screen. Clicking on the ‘shopping basket’ symbol displays the number of selected products. In the shopping basket, the selection can be edited or, to complete the order, the symbol ‘go to checkout’ can be clicked on.
It is possible to place an order as a “guest” without registration. After entering of the required information as a guest, there is the opportunity to select the delivery address, type of shipping and payment method. After clicking on the symbol ‘continue with the order’, you can check and amend the information about your order on the following page.
A legally binding offer is submitted upon completion of the order. The receipt of the order is confirmed by e-mail.
The text is not saved and can no longer be accessed once the order process is concluded. The order details can be printed out immediately after submission.
It is also possible to place an order by phone by calling the telephone numbers we have indicated on the website by clicking on the “Order by phone” button.
By pressing the button you initiate a conversation with our employee, to whom you can give information about the items you want to order.

Terms of delivery
(1) Shipping costs
Delivery within Bulgaria is free of charge from an order value of BGN 29. Below this sum, a shipping flat-rate for postage and packing amounting to BGN 4,89 is payable, where not otherwise agreed with the customer. Delivery within Romania is free of charge from an order value of RON 99. Below this sum, a shipping flat-rate for postage and packing amounting to 14,90 RON is payable, where not otherwise agreed with the customer. Delivery within European Union is free of charge from an order value of EUR 29. Below this sum, a shipping flat-rate for postage and packing amounting to EUR 4,90 is payable, where not otherwise agreed with the customer.
(2) Delivery times
Goods offered in the online shop are prepared for shipping within 1-2 working days after the order is received. If information or advice is required, the customer is contacted immediately. The goods are then shipped after the information or advice is provided, where applicable.
If the shipping of one or more ordered goods is delayed or no longer possible, we will inform the customer immediately and the customer is given the option to cancel the order. Despite careful stockpiling, it is possible that a promotional item may sell out faster than anticipated. We are therefore unable to provide a delivery guarantee, and promotional offers are only valid while stocks last.
If a product cannot be delivered due to force majeure or an interruption in production and these circumstances occur following the confirmation of the order contract, we are not responsible for non-delivery and we are released from the obligation to deliver. The customer is informed of this immediately. Any money paid by the customer for the affected order is refunded immediately.
The shipping times of our partners companies, according to their own information, amount to 2 working days for Bulgaria; 2-4 working days for Romania and 4 – 7 working days for the rest of Europe.
Delivery to Bulgaria is by courier company Speedy. Delivery to Romania is by courier company DPD. The delivery to the other countries of the European Union is by courier companies with a permit to operate on the territory of the respective country.
(3) You have an obligation to check the ordered goods in the moment of their delivery before receiving them. In case you find any flaws (for example: damaged package) during the check you have to refuse receiving of the goods. In this case we are to pay back to you all payments that we have received from you for the damaged goods, including the delivery costs immediately and at the latest within thirty days from the day the defects were found. To make this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used when making the original transaction, unless we explicitly agree otherwise with you; in no case you are charged fees due to this payment. We can refuse the repayment until we have either received the defected goods back or until you provide evidence that you have sent back the defected goods, whichever is the earliest.
Terms of payment
All prices are final prices in Bulgarian leva and/or Euro including the applicable value-added tax. The payment methods available are credit card (through epay.bg) except for the payments in Albania and Macedonia and cash on delivery payment (cash on delivery is available for Bulgaria and Romania only). We reserve the right to exclude payment methods without providing justification. When payment with credit card is chosen as the preferred payment method, delivery will only be after the total purchase price has been credited; You can pay with these credit cards: MasterCard and Visa. Your credit card account is only charged with the invoice sum on the day of despatch. Fees charged by the banks for reversing a transaction due to incorrect account information and which are not due to a fault on our part are borne by the customer.
We reserve the right to exclude payment methods.
5. Payment security
Our website zanoinspire.com uses SSL certificate technology for encrypted data. Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) is a protocol used to protect the connection users make to our website. The SSL certificate encrypts the data and protects the channel through which the communication between the users and our website takes place. I.e. all data that passes from your browser to our website is encrypted and protected. This protects you from encroachment on sensitive information.
You can easily distinguish which websites on the internet are SSL certified and which are not. There is a padlock in front of the domain of any secured website that uses an SSL certificate. The other difference is the abbreviation “https://” in front of the address field of a website that uses an SSL certificate, which means “Secure HTTP” and ensures that the website that is being opened is trusted and its link is secure. For your maximum security and protection when paying with MasterCard and Visa debit or credit card through zanoinspire.com, our website is approved and registered with ePay.bg’s 3 D Secure authentication system. To make online payments, our website redirects you to the website of www.borica.bg.

It is important to know that we never require you to provide over the phone or email data related to the cardholder and the card!
Cancellation / costs of returns
The right of withdraw is only granted to a consumer refers to goods ordered from zanoinspire.com, which were not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or designation by the customer is crucial or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer and/or are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection and hygiene when their seal is removed following delivery and/or can quickly spoil or their expiry date is quickly exceeded.
To avoid any further dispute the right of withdraw shall not apply to foods including food supplements.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract, without providing justification, within fourteen days. The cancellation period amounts to fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. In the event that we undertake numerous deliveries for one order, the cancellation period amounts to fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took or takes possession of the last goods being delivered.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ([email protected]) in a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the enclosed template withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory. To observe the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you submit the notification about your exercising of the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of a cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we are to pay back to you all payments for the cancelled order that we have received from you, including the delivery costs immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which the notification about your withdrawal from this contract was received by us. To make this repayment, we use the same method of payment that you used when making the original transaction, unless we explicitly agree otherwise with you; in no case you are charged fees due to this payment. We can refuse the repayment until we have either received the returned goods back or until you provide evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You have to send back to us the goods immediately and in all cases at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The period is observed when you send the goods before the period of fourteen days expires. You bear the direct costs of sending back the goods.
We fundamentally provide a warranty according to the statutory provisions. Notwithstanding this, the warranty period for each product is specified in the product information on zanoinspire.com, and this information is availible to the consumer before purchasing the product.
If there is a breach of duty for which we are responsible or hidden flaws of the goods are found, the customer is obliged to provide notification of this and can provide us with a suitable period of time to provide subsequent deliveries or rectifications if possible. If the subsequent delivery or rectification is unsuccessful, the customer is entitled, as he chooses, to request a subsequent delivery or reduction of the purchase price, or to withdraw from the purchase agreement and/or demand compensation. If the customer also demands compensation, we are only liable for damage to the ordered goods. Further claims by the customer for compensation are excluded.
In all above mentioned cases the consumer shall send to us the goods immediately and in all cases at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us as described above. The period is observed when you send the goods before the period of fourteen days expires. We pay all direct costs of sending back the goods in this case. The consumer has to send the goods using the same delivery method we provided when sended goods to them.
In case we have to pay a compensation to you it would amount the defected goods prise at the moment of the purchase. To make this payment, we use the same method of payment that you used when making the original transaction, unless we explicitly agree otherwise with you; in no case you are charged fees due to this payment. We can refuse the payment until we have either received the defected goods back or until you provide evidence that you have sent back the defected goods, whichever is the earliest.
A warranty claim is not accepted if the installation and operating instructions specified in the manual have not been observed; there are discrepancies between the data in the warranty card and the product itself; there is damage due to repairs by unauthorized persons or services; the occurred damages are a consequence of external factors: dust, liquids, exposure to unfavorable weather conditions and subject to shocks or shock from dropping; improper operation and maintenance of the device; in case of natural wearing out of the materials.

9. Severability clause
The invalidity of individual provisions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In particular, the contract remains effective for both parties.

11. Applicable law
In general, only Romanian law shall apply to the entire business relationship, with the exclusion of international law. Conclusion of contract takes place in Romania.
