Write an email to [email protected] and include the name of the person diagnosed with Cystic fibrosis, Shipping address, and a phone number. You should indicate if Zano Inspire is for your kid. If it’s for your kid, you will receive an alphabetic Zano cards.

In the email you should include:
- a document certifying your or your child’s diagnosis – Cystic fibrosis
- a completed declaretion for the storage of personal data, with you can download form here

Our team will review your documents, and in 2 weeks, you’ll receive feedback. You’ll receive your Zano Inspire at the provided shipping address if everything’s fine

You can claim your new Zano Inspire again in 3 years.
Important: Please note that to protect your personal data, by the Gneral Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we may store your data submitted through the documents required for the application, with we will store at Unicoms Switzerland GmbH – Sofia Branch for the campaign period necessary to perform the specific service or process your in`uiry. The capaign will be renewed every 3 years, starting from the date of the application. Afters completing the process, we guarantee that your personal data will be deleted or anonymized unless legal requirements require otherwise.
